Sophia Thora guides you through a yoga class that awakens, mobilizes and stretches your body. Bring your body, mind and soul into harmony with gentle movements, breath and meditation. Feel the wonderful effect that yoga can have on you and dive deep into the feeling of balance.
Practice On-Beat Vinyasa Flow - without music. How to do that? Stay tuned! You will flow through the yoga class only by voice. A short Shavasana, accompanied by one of Hie Kim's poems, makes the perfect ending of the session.
